Fed's Dudley seeks to quell QE concerns

William Dudley, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, is one of a handful of Fed officials trying to ease market concerns and rising interest rates related to the timetable for ending the central bank's bond-buying program. Dudley, a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, says concerns about a quick end to stimulus are unfounded.
