Fitch expects challenges for online grocery

Fitch Ratings says the online grocery business faces an uphill battle because consumers are reluctant to pay a fee for delivery and because companies are deterred by low profit margin and the business' high-cost nature. "Most consumers will conclude that the convenience of having their groceries delivered is not worth the added cost," according to the credit rating agency.
