Making social media meaningful

Jennifer May, digital marketing specialist at Quail Creek Country Club in Naples, Fla., keeps members up to date with club happenings even when they're away through social media and engaging e-newsletters. “I am building a Facebook community and presence,” says May. “It includes local news, things in the club, quotes from people in tennis and golf, anything that will interest our members. It’s a natural progression. Everyone is online all the time. It keeps everyone connected especially when they go up North for the summer.”
