Microsoft introduces Surface resellers to reach more markets

The new Microsoft Devices Program will allow 10 companies to distribute and resell its Surface tablet in order to reach the enterprise, education and government sectors. IDC reports Microsoft has sold roughly 900,000 Surface tablets in each of its past two quarters, and this lackluster performance is largely due to a lack of distribution, John Paczkowski writes. Resellers include CDW, Ingram Micro and PC Connection.
