Microsoft's Mattrick will succeed Pincus as CEO of Zynga

Don Mattrick, the president of Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment division, will take over as CEO of mobile and social game company Zynga on Monday. Founder Mark Pincus will remain at Zynga as chairman and chief product officer. "Don is unique in the game business. He deeply understands the value of a network and the importance of creating lifelong consumer relationships," Pincus said in a statement.
