More work to do as Dodd-Frank enters its fourth year

Law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell has taken an assessment of the Dodd-Frank Act, which is 3 years old. At least 62.7% of deadlines were not met. Among regulations that made their deadline, the enforcement of many rules has been postponed because the regulated industries have raised valid issues.
