A4A, consumer group oppose TSA's doubling of fees with no cap

The Transportation Security Administration plans to "more than double passenger security fees imposed on airline tickets with no limiting cap," writes blogger Elaine Glusac. In a joint letter to the TSA, Airlines for America President and CEO Nicholas Calio and Travelers United Chairman and Founder Charlie Leocha wrote, "This change will disproportionately hurt consumers from small and rural communities who must often use more one-way trips to reach their final destination."
