N.C. town's merchants don't want limits on ad trucks

Planners in Raleigh, N.C., are proposing an amendment that would prohibit businesses from using trucks with their companies' ads and logos as additional signage. The move worries some business owners, including Steve Brown, who has parked his ad-covered van by the side of the road to raise the profile of his clock store since it opened 23 years ago.
