Skipping the data-driven approach should still be an option

Data doesn't need to influence every decision, especially when the data could lead a company away from its core vision, writes Robert J. Moore, CEO of RJMetrics. Companies could opt not to gather data when it likely won't affect a decision already made, or when a data-driven method would cost more than the value of any potential improvements it would reveal.
