Casino interruption insurance to pay $10M to Biloxi

Biloxi, Miss., paid $92,000 for a business interruption insurance policy two months before Hurricane Katrina struck to cover losses in casino tax revenue for up to six months, and now the city stands to gain $10 million. However, the policy can't be renewed, and other similar policies are rare.
