Managers should be investing their money in their own funds to bring back wary investors, according to Morningstar Inc. analysts, who believe it will help those managers outperform the others. The damaging trading scandal has led to changing companies and the falling of mutual-fund fees, while boards are taking a stand and asking managers to justify their fees.
