Same results seen with most diets

Dieters will get similar results with any diet, and none of them work particularly well -- including those involving weight-loss drugs -- a Tufts-New England Medical Center study found. People lose an average of 6% of their weight on a diet and most gain it back after five years, the study showed, but programs that included eating fewer calories or frequent visits to diet groups or counselors did fare somewhat better.
