Chicago program helps steer Hispanic students to better high schools

The United Neighborhood Organization in Chicago offers "graduate support" programs to help primarily Hispanic elementary-school students to enroll in high-quality area high schools. The program first works with students when they are in sixth grade, and helps students and families set up visits to high schools and navigate the application process.
