BrandSource launches a tool to increase customer reviews

Buying group BrandSource is introducing a members-only online service to prod shoppers to post customer reviews to platforms such as Yelp or Google. The service lets members send out an e-mail to customers after they leave the store inviting them to review their experience either with a short survey or a review for sharing online. "No matter what industry you're in, positive testimonials from your customers can dramatically improve online visibility," said BrandSource's vice president of digital marketing, Bob Donaldson.
