Calif. district can continue yoga program, judge says

A California district can continue offering its yoga fitness program, according to a San Diego Superior Court judge who determined the program does not violate the separation of church and state. Some parents argued that the yoga program, introduced in 2011 as part of the Encinitas Union School District's physical-education program, amounted to the teaching of religion in schools.
