CMOs worry most about customer engagement, survey finds

More than half of chief marketing officers say their biggest marketing worry relates to customer engagement, according to a survey from Korn/Ferry International. Breaking down engagement worries, CMOs said their chief concerns were "engaging customer relationships" and "providing an effective customer experience."
