Online marketers can get more positive attention for their memes -- images or phrases that spread virally across the Web -- by studying past successful memes and getting feedback from others, writes Cheryl Conner. It's also important to understand your target audience to avoid memes that could be interpreted negatively -- but it's most important to have fun with the process. "Audiences love to share a clever video or a funny photo.
