Long-term unemployed's payment cut by sequester, report says

Benefits for long-term unemployed Americans have fallen by nearly 15% because of across-the-board spending cuts, according to a report by the National Employment Law Project. The average weekly payment has declined to $246, from $289, for people unemployed for more than six months, the report says.
