A federal rating system of U.S. colleges and universities will focus on factors such as improved graduation numbers and how many students are recipients of financial aid, U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan said in an interview this week at the Aspen Ideas Festival. Duncan also invited critics of the yet-to-be-developed system to provide input. "Tell us what you like; help us do this. ... Let's not be against something that has not been born yet," he said.
