Philly's Pops Up Garden grows veggies in the urban jungle

Tucked between a couple of skyscrapers in Philadelphia, the Pops Up Garden grows vegetables that will be used by local restaurants, with proceeds from dishes sold going to help City Harvest provide fresh produce to the poor. The garden is run by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, and after the season is over, will pop up again next year in a different location to cater to a growing interest in urban agriculture and healthy foods.
