Health insurers to move forward as ACA provision is delayed, observers say

Health insurers are not straying from their time frame of being ready for insurance exchanges to open Oct. 1, even though the government has announced a delay for the employer mandate under the Affordable Care Act, according to observers. "For employer-sponsored health plans, insurers will certainly have more time to think about how the group market might change," said Mark Colwell of GoHealthInsurance.com.
