High-intensity workouts may lead to lower calorie intake

Overweight men ate more than 2,600 calories during the day when they were rested, but consumed about 2,300 calories after a moderate-intensity workout and only 2,000 calories following high-intensity exercise, according to a small Australian study in the International Journal of Obesity.
