Higher water intake tied to weight loss in review

People who had higher water consumption attained greater weight loss than did those who drank less, a review on the website of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition indicated. The lead researcher said the reason behind the association is unclear, but water may help reduce hunger and calorie intake or may have an energy-consuming effect.
