Ohio approves nation's largest voucher program

Last week, Ohio Gov. Bob Taft signed a budget that will allow 14,000 more students -- more than triple the current number -- to receive vouchers for private school tuition. Only Florida and Wisconsin have voucher programs similar to Ohio's, and in Florida, the Opportunity Scholarship plan is facing a state Supreme Court test.
