As the World Cup continues in Germany, sports fans worldwide are watching the games on their mobile phones. Sixteen countries now operate DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcast-Handheld) mobile TV networks, and operators are expected to earn about $300 million in revenue from mobile services related to the soccer tournament.
