Column: "Repositioning cruise" for those with time, not cash

For Americans, the "repositioning cruise," which entails moving a ship from one destination to another, is not desirable because of the lack of port calls and too many days at sea. But according to this column by Arthur Frommer, this type of cruise could be perfect for those who have the time -- the cruises usually last 16 or 17 days -- but not the financial resources for such a lengthy vacation.
