Russians threaten missile buildup

Russian officials have suggested that a radar station under construction in southern Russia could replace a planned U.S. radar station in the Czech Republic. If the station in the Czech Republic moves forward, the Russians say they will counter the perceived buildup by moving missiles to Kaliningrad.
