Study: Eye changes in children suggest later heart disease

Changes in the blood vessels in the eyes of overweight and obese young children can be warning signs of cardiovascular disease later in life, according to a new study. The study was the first to find changes such as widening of veins and narrowing of arteries in children so young, and the researchers urge monitoring of the subtle changes.
