Duncan pledges to work with educators on reforms

While advocating for controversial education-reform measures, including teacher merit pay and linking student test scores to teacher evaluations, U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan also pledged recently to work with educators to develop new ideas. "We are not going to impose reform but rather work with teachers, principals and unions to find what works," he said.
