Florida county officials warn residents of mosquito-borne disease

Two horses in Miami-Dade County, Fla., have tested positive for Eastern equine encephalitis, prompting the state's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to urge owners to vaccinate their horses against the mosquito-borne disease. An agency official said 22 horses so far have been confirmed infected with EEE in Florida this year.
