Food courts focus on finer dining

Prime rib and sushi are replacing burgers and hot dogs at a growing number of food courts, as mall operators upgrade their dining options in an effort to attract shoppers. Pricey food court remodels pay off in shoppers who come for the food and tend to stay longer and spend more once they're at the mall, industry experts say.
