Mass. smoke shops oppose plan to post "black lung" posters

Massachusetts smoke shop owners are working to keep the state from requiring them to post graphic photos of cancerous lungs, igniting a heated debate between anti-smoking advocates and smokers-rights groups. If the plan proceeds, the state would spend $316,000 to create the signs, which would also include information on quitting.
