Unemployment rate declines; economy limps along

The jobless rate declined to 9.5% in May, but experts say it's because so many unemployed people stopped looking for work because they were so discouraged. The Labor Department says 83,000 jobs were added by the private sector. "We have an economic recovery, but it's certainly not living up to people's expectations," says Wells Fargo chief economist John Silvia.
