As chief operating officer of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg might be the most powerful woman in the social media business -- and she says she's determined to help more women break into leadership in the male-dominated sector. Sandberg helped a dozen female Facebook executives run in-house coaching sessions for women, and says her goal is to inspire women to have more confidence in their abilities. "Much too much of the conversation is on blaming others, and not enough is on taking responsibility ourselves," she says.
