But the truth is "taking a break can help you to clear your head and bring a fresh perspective to your business," Annie Pilon writes. You can prepare for a successful vacation by telling clients you'll be away, asking employees to take on a few extra responsibilities and scheduling your break so it doesn't conflict with important deadlines, she writes.
