Study links transformational leadership to worker well-being

Transformational leadership may improve employee well-being, according to a study in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. German researchers said the management style challenges employees, while giving them a sense of trust and meaningfulness, which could lead to the increased scores of well-being.
