U.S. lawmaker to seek rewrite of No Child Left Behind ... again

For the third time in three years, U.S. Rep. John Kline will propose legislation to rewrite the No Child Left Behind Act. While Kline's push is expected to be unsuccessful, he says it is necessary because the current piecemeal approach, under which 37 states have been granted waivers from parts of the federal education law, is not working.
