China to seek more WTO protection in anti-dumping cases

While Chinese companies have become the subject of anti-dumping measures in foreign countries, China is turning to the World Trade Organization to protect its own goods. China has been the subject of more than 600 such complaints and has only filed 30 on its own behalf, but recently levied preliminary anti-dumping tariffs on fiber-optic cables.
