States see toll roads as traffic solutions, but protest mounts

With state budgets strapped for funds, toll roads are gaining popularity around the nation as a means of raising money for transportation projects at highway users' expense. Almost a dozen states, including Florida, Missouri, Viginia and Texas, are turning to toll roads; however, protest is already rising from trucking companies and commuters alike.
