Anti-smoking PSAs resonate with teens

A study by the National Cancer Institute, the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation demonstrates a correlation between the prevalence of state-funded anti-tobacco PSAs and declining rates of teenage smoking. The researchers looked at broadcast and cable ratings data for 1999 and 2000.
