Group charged with stealing Coke secrets

Three people, one of them a Coca-Cola employee, have been charged with stealing Coke trade secrets and a new product sample and trying to sell them to rival PepsiCo. They are expected to appear before a judge today. "While this breach of trust is difficult for all of us to accept, it underscores the responsibility we each have to be vigilant in protecting our trade secrets," said Coke Chairman and CEO Neville Isdell.
