Study: Mediterranean diet better than low-fat diet for heart

The traditional Mediterranean diet, high in healthy fats from things like olive oil, is healthier for the heart than low-fat diets, according to new research. The Mediterranean diet was found to help older adults improve their blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels better than a low-fat diet.
