New transportation funding plan expected from New Jersey governor

New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine is expected to unveil a transportation funding plan that would involve another increase in highway tolls to help fund transportation projects. A plan that the governor proposed earlier this year to significantly increase tolls for the next 75 years in order to pay state debt failed due to a lack of public and legislative support.
