New York governor praised for delivering WTC reality check

New York Gov. David Paterson and the new executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Christopher Ward, are earning praise for last week's report giving what many considered to be a tough reality check on the progress of the redevelopment of the World Trade Center. The report concluded that none of the five office towers or the World Trade Center memorial will be finished by their deadlines.
