Talk of a second stimulus package is "premature," Biden says

Although the Obama administration underestimated the intensity of the economic downturn, it is too early to decide on a second stimulus, Vice President Joe Biden said. "I think it's premature to make that judgment," he said. Several major stimulus programs are set to start in the coming months, Biden said.
