Atlantic City to receive $6.1M for 1990s casino project

Atlantic City, N.J., will receive $6.1 million in reimbursement for a casino project canceled in the 1990s. Steve Wynn cleaned up a city landfill for a casino site, and Wynn's company, Mirage, recouped $20 million of the cost. Of that $20 million, $8 million was to be returned to Atlantic City, but the reimbursement faced 15 years of delays.
