EU court OKs imports of soymeal made from Monsanto's biotech crop

The European Court of Justice ruled that a patent held by Monsanto for Roundup Ready soybean seeds can't be used to block the imports from Argentina of soymeal made from the company's biotech crop. Monsanto has stopped selling the product in Argentina after failing to secure patent protection. A spokesman for Monsanto said the company "will continue to work with all the stakeholders in Argentina for a fair and equitable solution."
