Frontier Oil: 2 refineries to fall short of capacity in July

Frontier Oil expects two of its refineries to operate below capacity this month. The company projects that its 135,000-barrel-per-day plant in Kansas will run at 128,000 barrels per day, while its 52,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Wyoming is expected to operate at 43,000 barrels per day.
