Conversation may not be the key to marketing success after all

Drawing Facebook users into conversations doesn't have much effect on how many people view or otherwise engage with posted content, according to a study of posts at HubSpot and OnStartups. "Once again, we find that conversations have very little (if anything) to do with reach-building social media marketing effectiveness," writes Dan Zarrella.
