Digital tool aims to foster teacher mentoring, development

The digital tool from startup LessonCast allows teachers to create short videos explaining classroom lessons or strategies that can be used by other educators. The teacher-driven system is aimed at helping to foster mentoring relationships among teachers. "We're trying to help build the expertise of teachers and to share that," the product's co-founder Nicole Tucker-Smith said.
